1. (1) Main Building, where the main offices is situated.
2. (6) Buildings, where classrooms in all year level is located.
3. (1) Oval Field, where students play for their intramurals and Physical Education class.
4. (2) Canteens, a neat and affordable place where students (even teachers) buys their snacks and lunch.

Teaching System

Ban Mak Khaeng School use student-centered learning, where they emphasized the importance of student engagement in the system. Therefore, it is given that the students are involved starting with the instructional planning, implementation, and assessments.

Morning rituals such as offering of prayers to Buddha and flag ceremonies is also included in their teaching system.

Materials and Other Learning Resources

BMK used student-centered approach letting the student have their freedom in learning things on their own. But what amaze me is how BMK sponsored trips for the upperclassman or in the Philippines Senior High School, they have educational tours where they are exposed to their rich culture, they also have military service and a day offf to teach student on how to save money and get their own bank accounts. It is good that they exposed the students to the real world and not caging them in a four-walled classroom limiting their experience in the outside world. But the government also sponsors them free book that they use per subjects that is used for the whole academic year.

Evaluation System

BMK Teachers used variety of methods when it comes to evaluating students academic performance and engagement. They usually use a record book before and after class to monitor students attendance and participation. Just like in the Philippines, they have pre-test and post-test (Formative and Enabling/Summative Assessments) for the students, after that it will be graded based on the alignment of their skills in each learning competencies.

Curriculum

In Thailand, they use the Basic Education Core Curriculum or the B.E. 2551 (A.D. 2008). This curriculum is the revised and improved version of the Basic Education Curriculum 2001. This is applied to provide Thai students with higher quality of education in regards to acquisition of essential knowledge and skills required for learners' lives in the constantly changing society. Hence, BMK applied this curriculum to make sure they produce high quality learners that is ready for the opportunities outside the school premises.
